The best way to learn Linux is by using it for your everyday work. There is no shortcut to learn Linux. You can't be master in Linux in overnight. It takes time and persistence. Here is how I learned Linux. I am not a Ninja in Linux, but I know how to get things done in Linux.
Once I decided to use Linux, I uninstalled Windows immediately from my Laptop though I don't know how to use Linux properly. I started to use Ubuntu as my primary OS for both my personal and official use.
